1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 177sp website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered through the 177sp platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 177sp.

Each individual may hold only one active 177sp account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. 4.5 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the 177sp platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. 177sp does not hold balances in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 177sp platform — including but not limited to the 177sp brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game graphics, text, imagery, audio, video, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 177sp or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 177sp platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by Player

Before processing an account closure request, 177sp will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method. 9.2 Suspension or Closure by 177sp

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 177sp reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee on dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

10. Responsible Gaming
